You own the delivered work; we retain our reusable tooling.
- Full IP transfer on final payment
- Code delivered to your repositories
- We may reference work publicly unless restricted
- Third-party licences remain with their owners
Liability and law
Reasonable, industry-standard limits apply.
- Services provided with reasonable skill and care
- Liability capped at fees paid
- No liability for indirect losses
- Governed by the laws of India
